The owner of the site requested me to make him a site for him for about 4 to 5 static pages and on a shoe-string budget.
Mind you, this client is not cheap, but merely trying to open himself up to the rudiments of being an entrepreneur.
But me being the ever so trying hard to be different developer created the whole thing in php. The only problem we had was that since we did not have direct access to the server, the initial setup period took longer than ever. (as of this writing, the site still had some kinks in it.)
