Procedure for clients:

2) Just tell us what went wrong, and we can dive right in and try to fix your problems.

For current and existing clients just give us a call and let’s chit chat on what has happened and we’ll see.. as long as its minor, we need not even talk about charges.

Procedure for non-clients:

2) We will try to answer questions if they are answerable
3) If we feel that we cannot just answer your question satisfactorily, we could suggest on a hands-on approach.

A hands-on approach would mean :

  • We will need you to trust us with your site, there are just some problems that need actual intervention.
  • We will already charge you for the actual service/s which might be in the form of going into your site’s backend and/or control panel to check.
  • Charges will be mutually agreed upon and have a set minimum fee, prior to any work being done.

Guarantee

We do not charge more than the minimum if we can not fix your problem. All work done and paid for are sure to be of quality work. We do not accept work that we have determined beforehand that we cannot accomplish.

Disclaimer

Prior to any actual work, we make sure we maintain any and all settings, file backups, database backups and all other necessary precautions to ensure that if ever and after exhausting all humanly possible solutions, we fail to accomplish what we set out to do, we shall restore everything to your site’s previous condition prior to our troubleshooting.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits, arising out of, or in connection with, the contracting of our services.
