One thing that I really was concerned when selecting a web designer is the technical support during and after the web design was completed. Alphonse was always responsive to all my questions and support needs.
Response time to my questions and trouble shooting needs is very quick. I was also provided with a customized user manual to reference in performing maintenance and updates to the website. I am very satisfied with ETN Multimedia and will continue to use it for future business.
